WIP Modular Building System for Blender – Procedural, Customizable & Destructible

This WIP of Modular Building System, built entirely with Geometry Nodes in Blender, enables fast and flexible procedural generation of buildings with a wide range of variations and destruction effects.

Key features:
Fully procedural customization – Adjust floors, X/Y window count, and module variations (balconies, empty walls, different window sizes, walls with reliefs, etc.).
Decoration slots – Automatically places pipes, air conditioners, plants, and other assets on walls, roofs, and ground floors.
Procedural destruction system – Uses a noised sphere volume to dynamically generate broken walls, shattered windows, and collapsed sections for realistic damage.
Automatic collision generation – Generates optimized collision meshes for seamless integration into game engines.

Built with Geometry Nodes, this system provides non-destructive workflows, real-time adjustments, and efficient asset creation, making it ideal for game development and procedural environment design.
